benchmark

I have run the following command:

$ hyperfine -w 1 --export-markdown ../results.md -L VERSION 3.0.5,3.1.1,3.8.4 -n "{VERSION}"  "../apache-maven-{VERSION}/bin/mvn clean"

which results in results.md

Various characters (e.g. |) if used in a Params will end up invalidating the generated markdown, causing it to render incorrectly. It'd be helpful if benchmarkdotnet could escape the markdown output, e.g. output \| instead of |.

Describe the bug
I am compiling the benchmark as a git submodule in my project. The lastest version give this error:

CMake Error at benchmark/src/CMakeLists.txt:153 (export):
  export Export set "benchmarkTargets" not found.
