Describe the bug
The button to toggle the chat widget doesn't have discernible text.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a page with the Papercups chat widget installed.
2. Check accessibility with axe DevTools
3. See Buttons must have discernible text issue

Is there a way to limit number of records fetched per page? it is currently 100. I want to limit records per page to make the query fast.

As a first time Pheonix user I followed the Step 1 in the readme and created the app, but when checking to see if I had done it properly I received the following error message numerous times, filling my terminal.

[error] Postgrex.Protocol (#PID<0.363.0>) failed to connect: ** (Postgrex.Error) FATAL 3D000 (invalid_catalog_name): database "chat_dev" does not exist

The package creation/splitting is heavily dependant on zones. Prevent deletion of the last available zone.
