Current Behavior

When adding a new flow, the editor gives it a default name of Flow X, with X being an incrementing number.

However, X appears to reset to 1 each time the editor is reloaded. This means you can end up with multiple flows with the same name.

Expected Behavior

When adding a tab, its default name should be Flow X where X is the smallest integer > 0 that doesn

We use jest for tests and jest-mock-extended for mocking.

when u click on the notification bell icon ,, u can see all notifications in a list and when u click any notication the notificaiton list doesnt auto disappear then we have to manually click anywhere else on the screen for it to go away..

this gets worst when in mobile view.... as the notification pop up when clicked on bell icon take all space and one doesnt realise clicking the notifcaiotn h
