When I have a conversation with a deleted account I can still reply to it.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Sign in as a participant (ie admin@example.org)
2. Create a new conversation with another participant (ie user@example.org)
3. In a private browser window, sign in as the other participant (user@example.org), delete the account

We need to add a media directory to store profile images when we are getting images from the user.

Further details

It'd be of great use for the dev team once we start storing them in a categorical way which'd make access to images easily.

We now have the logo, cover photo, post templates, and more in the designs/ directory. It would be great if we can have a CI guideline for our group on what the CI should be.

The visualization here looks nice but it's a hidden feature that you can click on broadcasts and get to another page.
