At present, when the "Add streams" (+) menu in the left sidebar is open, the tooltip for the + button is mostly hidden behind the menu. You can just see the black tooltip peeking out:

The filter of Date supports convert from Timestamp

Because SpecV1 creates "void" transforms when removing partition transforms, a v1 table whose partitions are removed will always return an unpartitioned spec.
