Pause Simulation
Currently there doesn't seem to be a way to pause/play the simulation. I'm assuming the best approach would be to just have some state that prevents the loop from firing inside of the useFrame hook?

When trying to define an operator in the cling cli repl, the "function definition is not allowed here" error is generated. "cling -version" reports "0.8". Here's a copy/paste of a session to demonstrate the issue:

Hey all,
I am curious if support exists, or will in the future, for the loading of URDF, SDF and/or MJCF model files into nphysics. This functionality would make nphysics highly desirable for simulating robotics and help Rust expand into the robotics world in general. This is something I could potentially help with if there agreement to support such model files.

In version 7.1.0, runtime.dat no longer functions to stop the job using "OUTER_ITER=", "EXT_ITER=", or "TIME=". Did the parameter change?
