The manpage (distribution/man/openrct2.6) and help output (src/openrct2/cmdline/RootCommands.cpp) both reference a link that no longer exists: https://openrct2.io/files/SnowyPark.sv6. If possible, a new saved park should be posted and those two files updated, otherwise those examples should be remove

Summary

Many API's are currently lacking XML docs or have invalid markup. As we begin to explore adding API documentation to the Prism Docs, we need to update the existing codebase with more complete XML docs so that these docs can be generated for the docs site.

Issue Description

Pretty minor issue, but MissingRestorePropertyError isn't a thing, so we shouldn't pretend we can throw it. We should make it a thing.

If someone forgets to put --project in front of a path to a csproj file when executing the dotnet run command this file path is added as a third argument to the program.
