After #326 is done we can make a Debian package. Make sure to add a man page for neo-go to comply with Debian policy.

We can now add a square root API to our smart contract compiler with the new
SQRTOpCode. I don't know exactly what it would look like though. Maybe not exactlyMath.sqrt()but that's what regular JS would be if we wanted to go above and beyond.
