    What kind of pathetic refund policies are in place on ! The same product you sell on gets refunded in 15 days. Buying with you directly took 1.5 months, and still no refund. Pls Shut your online shop if you can't serve customers well!

    You guys need to do a better job of selling and refunding products on .com. I should have bought this , which has immediate refunds. Learn some best business practices and please keep up with changing times folks!

    Hello , I am not happy with the way my refund case of 119739410 is being handled. I bought a laptop spending nearly a lakh rupees and Dell did a shady job. Please refund ASAP.

    I understand it's Covid time, bit medicines are also needed by customers on time. Order done on 20 April and not yet delivered. Asked for refund no update. Your email support teams are not helpful and support through app is useless.
