The current implementation of the maps API lacks support for the snapshot() functionality.
This is a requirement for location sharing in Signal messenger.

Issue description
Layers do not share WebGL context, which creates glitches when a map has more than one 3d layer. For example a buildings layer with a 3D line will not hide the line behind the buildings.
In particular, I am implementing a 3D terrain layer but this layer will not hide (behind mountains) any other 3d element

There is a related annoying thing - if a user selects a POI or a point on the map while in navigation mode then a bottom sheet expands and gets populated with the info - as usual. Now if a user presses the android back button then an expected behavior is to de-select the selected point (this is how it works in non-navigation mode). But contrary to this the android back button exits navigation mode
