When using Ubuntu 'ootb' both natively and within windows WSL2 the asset consumer fvt has a tendency to fail with:

Currently the resources panel allows the user to upload files, but the user must click in the file name to fill the url field and link the file to an online resource.

Describe the bug
Currently, we have places in project where paged responses are returned with hardcoded hasNext and total properties. Need to fix this and return valid values to frontend. Frontend need to use these values instead of current solution
Prereq for #1, and progress towards https://12factor.net/config

Support for column name formatting.
Why is this needed:
The Sisense BI Connector uses Entry Schemas to represent some asset fields. Data Catalog requires the ColumnSchema's column field to fit a specific bytes-size limit and character encoding, which is currently not supp
