Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently Quasar Modes support TS files (for Electron and PWA modes), but the CLI isn't generating them out of the box.

Additional context
We need to create the TS version of all current files in these folders:

• https://github.com/quasarframework/quasar/tree/dev/app/templates/bex/js
• https://github.com/quasarframework/

Please ensure:

• The bug is caused by Refined GitHub. It doesn't happen if I disable the extension.
• The bug happens after clearing extension cache. The "Clear cache" button can be found at the bottom of the options page.

Remote Functions Refactor

Overview

Remote functions exist to enable background->tab, and tab->background function delegation (i.e. Call a function in a tab, but have it run in the background and vice versa).

Refactoring has been started to make these functions interfaced and type safe.
