Possibly add 4 focus mode buttons to the quick preferences menu.
Should allow for switching between Off, Sentence, Paragraph, and Word(?). The icons could show Blue lines for what would be in focus, and grey for out of focus.
A separator should appear underneath.

Add a "previous" column to user records table, which is updated with the most recent record.
E.g:
First time I get a sprint PB:
previousvalue: None
value: 10
Next time:L
previousvalue:10
value:11
etc...
Then add in a way to roll the sprint PB record back to the previous one. In case they make a mistake with their sprint word count.

To make the phrasing more direct, sentences should have no extraneous words. In this phrasing, you could remove in the second sentence, "and get started," and it would return the same meaning.
