Although the url has already be hidden in web ui, the error message will expose it.

Some services/components have web frontends, It would be a nice-to-have to be able to link to them.

Add an optional link field to the config file under each component that will then show a button that will take one to the url.

Since this is a command line program it should contain a man page.

Leverage C#'s XML doc, Godoc, Javadoc, JSDoc, Perldoc, PHPDoc, Pydoc, and RDoc syntax to document MineStat code.
