    Foreclosures & short sales in the US. Pre Covid a lot of smaller units were not on the market, there's a glut now as banks are tightening up.

    I'm genuinely interested to know whether there are any single people renting who have managed to buy without family support? Or do I give up the dream now????

    What's interesting is that I wrote Hood Feminism and Amazons, Abolitionists, and Activists at the same time. I mostly didn't sleep on writing days because hello ADD and insomnia. Some prolific writers just have terrible sleep habits

    This seems to be a symptom of failing to keep your eyes on your own paper. Worry about what you can make happen! You’ll be far happier and less discouraged if you quit playing the comparison game. Your journey is yours. It can be miserable or pleasurable! Choose your adventure!

    This is bullest of shits. No shade, but when I talk to playwrights, MANY CAME OVER to TV because they were tired grant writing and not making money. TV has always been great. And, if you think you are too good for the medium, then why are you working in it? GTFOH.

    Excited for y’all to see my show’s BTS and get pissed when I say I write tv for people who have an intellect for theatre since tv is hollow. Bc the funny thing is the reason so many filmmakers and theatre makers were asked to make television is bc the medium hit a wall.

    You were at my house. We had lunch & talked about books.

    My friend called me hysterically sobbing because she found out that her kiddo's (my godchild) teacher took her hearing aid away because "she wasn't listening anyways". The school quietly sent the teacher home and didn't say anything to us. I am gonna catch a charge over this.
