Add error handling during credentials onChange event so that the Scan Account feature does not activate if credentials are invalid

There appears to be no caching of the deps in the GitHub Action Workflows.

Shall this be added? This can greatly speed up runs.

CodeUri in Function has invalid directory name

To Reproduce

• Create a powershell package using the new-awsPowerShellLambdaPackage:

New-AWSPowerShellLambdaPackage -ScriptPath checkdomainavailable.ps1 -OutputPackage checkdomainavailable.zip

• Add the function in template.yaml

The following packages must be updated in package.json:

• @aws-cdk/core

The latest published version on NPM is 1.109.0 - all of these packages should be updated to at least 1.100.0 if possible.

Requires an example of OpenID Token authentication decoding example.

Authentication again OIDC.
