Currently the Jena CSV/TSV writer is used. We may have to implement our own writer here (should be sraightforward iteration over ResultSet) to implement the two requirements here for TSVs:

It seems to me that a Thing's name property should be of name type and not string type. This way thing's names would be matchable by the various comparison operations.
Thoughts?
Chris has left a lot of Editor notes on Mondo terms when he created the ontology. The list of terms with editors notes is here.
This is a long list, but over time, we should review these comments and take appropriate action.

I would like to propose our own OBO dashboard badge which we can serve as part of an OBO dashboard run. Does anyone have any experience with creating GitHub badges? We still have not decided how compute the overall OBO score (OBOFoundry/OBO-Dashboard#26), but as a simple first pass I would like a badge for those passing the dashboard in their entirety..
