The code in src/logger is not properly covered by unit tests.

Describe the solution you'd like
Use the existing test framework to write unit tests for this component.

Create an API call that can accept PEM encoded CSR and Public Key and generate a certificate based on that.

We'll need to use cryptography.x509.load_pem_x509_csr() to convert the PEM encoded CSR to a csr object that ownca can recognize.

When 'allow unsigned scripts' is set to 'Ask' we're using a browser alert to get a user response, we should defer this to the browser action or something nicer looking
