What problem does this address?
If you add a Cover block and include an embed within it, you cannot make the minimum height smaller than the embed. This makes sense but there's no warning in place to tell you that. Performance/Caching section of the docs isn't clear enough. It says that the default caching mode is CACHE_TRANSIENT, but there's no explanation on what does it actually mean.
Does it mean that all queries are cached using transients? If so then it would be good to mention what is the default cache expiration and what are the implications

Expected behaviour
Pull to refresh should work in landscape mode, in My Site, as it does in Reader and Notifications, for example.

MySQL has phpMyAdmin integration with Lando for administration, is there a similar solution for PostgreSQL?
Many user have expressed how useful GraphQL Voyager has been as they work on sites powered by WPGraphQL.

Description
The user should be able to easily copy a page link (for posts the functionality is implemented in wordpress-mobile/WordPress-Android#15570):
- Press the dots at the right of a page in the list
- A Copy link button should be added above the Trash button
- When the user presses the Copy link button a **snackbar message appears saying "Link copie
