Using code-block does not allow links to sections on the documentation page

Using parsed-literal allows links, specially useful for the inner queries

Describe the bug

Building GRASS GIS gives several can't handle line breaks in <dt>...</dt> warning messages. These come from running utils/g.html2man/g.html2man.py which, I assume, can't convert some of the HTML code to the man page format.

This means that the documentation (manual pages for modules and maybe some others) use HTML syntax which is not supported by the other documentat

xmllint reports various errors on the XML templates used by wx.metadata.

To Reproduce

xmllint src/gui/wxpython/wx.metadata/profiles/inspireProfile.xml
xmllint src/gui/wxpython/wx.metadata/profiles/temporalProfile.xml

Expected behavior
XML files pass linting by xmllint or the templates are not stored as XML
