i am using lsp-ui together with ivy in minibuffer mode. Unfortunately the doc popup with position bottom always overlaps the minibuffer making symbol lookup barely usable.

For some reason, clojure-lsp compiled with latest graalvm that we are already using on Linux/Macos/aarch64, doesn't work for Windows.
We should debug and understand why since other projects (babashka for example) work normally with that version.
One thing we should probably do that should help is to make integration tests work with Windows, which is commented/not running ATM.

Elevator Pitch
Right now Jupyter LSP show it's suggestions on every period. I'd like to have a feature that only generates the suggestions when a hotkey is pressed. (Shift Tab, etc)
