For some reason, clojure-lsp compiled with latest graalvm that we are already using on Linux/Macos/aarch64, doesn't work for Windows.
We should debug and understand why since other projects (babashka for example) work normally with that version.

One thing we should probably do that should help is to make integration tests work with Windows, which is commented/not running ATM.

Background

We have recently introduced a custom command module.calls which currently exclusively uses the data from the .terraform folder. There is currently no other easy way of getting the important metadata, such as (1) module hierarchy, (2) installed location on disk, (3) installed version.

If I run
