Issue description

feat: As a User, I want to have the port in the Host header when pass_host = node and the port is not standard, so that we can solve the problem in apache/apisix#6296 in a better way when:

1. the port in the Host header is checked
2. multiple nodes which have different host name

When I use APISIX, the business itself needs relatively complex routing rules, so I use Annotation of Ingress

But I didn't find the Apisix Ingress Annotation document,

We tried to build dashboard docker image for ARM in #197 but failed. Since I could build dashboard docker image on m1 so there's nothing to do with the building process itself.
