Composer 2.3 is nearly ready for a release, and we need your help to help test it and report any regression.

This release is a bit special as it contains a few big changes:

• Upgraded minimum supported PHP version from 5.3.2 to 7.2.5
• Upgraded symfony component dependencies from 2.x to 5.4.x
• Added scalar parameter types where possible, this should not break anything as [PHP

Find out how https://opendev.org/assets/js/licenses.txt was generated and if there is a format that's used commonly enough that we could treat this as a package-like data. Find a list of projects that may use this (openstack may be?)

Adding an non existing project to a "_meta" file leads to 500.

How to reproduce it:

• Open a "meta" file from a page
• Add an non existing project to as path
• Save the file

i.e:

For outdated statuses, store version which outdates in a dedicated field. Allows clients to query latest version, including for branches.
