Describe the bug
When my client uses the Netlify CMS and types up an eg. blog post in a word document first, then copy pastes it he also copies and pastes an extremely long comment. I believe this to be something from MS Word itself.

There are 3 "examples" for dynamic (client side) routing, 2 in the docs (guides) and one is a template.

The 2 guides in the docs are technically working, but they do not use addPrefetchExcludes.

Documentation issue

Summary

If one follows the getting started example, the resulting page does not deploy to github pages - the link on the index.html points to
http://username.github.io/blog rather than to http://username.github.io/repo/blog, even though the base_url is configured to the http://username.github.io/repo/.
