Steps to reproduce

1. Add OptionButton
2. Add some icon and text
3. Enable expand_icon property
4. Shrink the button to minimal size

Vietnamese translation is incomplete and not fil at all with the original in english since #5826 was introduced.

Take english file as reference and complete and rewording

XCTestCase.validate should be split off into its own module for use outside of AsyncAlgorithms tests. The module should be called AsyncAlgorithms_XCTest so that perhaps we might be able to take advantage of cross-import overlays when/if that becomes a ratified thing for swift packages.
