Describe the bug
In the 'A note on plagiarism' section on the Contributing to ethereum.org page, one of the sentences contains a redundant 'are', which should be removed

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to https://ethereum.org/en/contributing/
- Scroll down to the 'A note on plagiarism' section
- Read the second-to-last sentence

If user already uses prettier we should use:
- user installed prettier version
- user defined config (.prettierrc / package.json config)
This way we ensure that typechain generated code matches style with the rest of the codebase.

Problem
Utils::fromWei returns a BigInteger object, unlike other web3 implementations.
Note that the comment block example is misleading:

In our tests we frequently call out to 3rd party providers: Infura, Etherscan, Alchemy, various Gas Oracles and so on. These tests are mixed inside the unit test code.
