Document the use of languageserver with rmarkdown and pandoc for prettier symbol documentation, as indicated by @ManuelHentschel in REditorSupport/vscode-R#775 (comment).

When opening the Jupyter Notebook fixtures/articles/kitchen-sink.ipynb, the a warning is generated e.g.

stencila convert fixtures/articles/kitchen-sink.ipynb temp.md
WARN  Unable to detect notebook language; assuming `python`

despite the fact that the notebook contains at least two peices of metadata indicating it is Python:
