When polling threads, the last argument can be as a timestamp. This value, however, is always set to 0 leading excessive calls to get_ticks(). For each loop, we should determine the TSC once and use it to poll all threads.

Can we get some performance comparison between polycube and using standard linux facilities (NAT, iptables, etc.)?

CPU usage, PPS, latencies, etc.
