    This is it folks. After 5 years, 's experiment of an extension for , based on an language server, finally reaches 1.0.0: 17 support, faster completion, Chinese i18n, a whole bunch of bug fixes. Our BEST release ever🥳

    1.6.0 has been released! There were a lot of improvements to signature help, like activating it automatically on method invocation (if enabled). We also added support to toggle insert/replace for completion items. See for more details.

    We released 1.3.0 this week. We've added completion support for lambda expressions, a code action to convert a classic switch statement to the modern switch expression, as well as more Gradle compatibility support. See for details.

    1.2.0 is out now! We've packaged a JDK into the extension (using platform specific extension publishing) so it may be run without a pre-existing JDK. We also made some improvements to responsiveness while typing. See for details.

    I don't remember installing Red Hat dependency analytics powered by Snyk in my vscode, but it sure comes in handy after cloning a few old repos to fix some dependabot alerts. :)
