Currently, everyone needs to add their changes themselves to the CHANGELOG.md file. As this is tedious work it would be great if that could be automated via a github action on merge in master or something like that.

or just an existence check [[ -v HAS_ALLOW_UNSAFE ]]

These domains are explicitly defined by RFC 2606, section 3 Reserved Example Second Level Domain Names for describing example cases and should not be dereferenced as they should not have content.

It also describes a set of TLDs in section 2 TLDs for Testing, & Documentation Examples that should be excluded, although I'm not sure about ".local
