skosmos:showDeprecatedaffects how alphabetical listing, hierarchical tree and full-text search results are displayed in case of deprecated concepts. I just noticed that for all-deprecated vocabulary, e.g., https://finto.fi/cn/fi/index/A, the alphabetical listing for each and every character is empty but the characters sti
