Project should include more examples or case studies in documentation.

Ideas:

  • a complete E2E pipeline using all of xcodebuild, altool, and Cider
  • examples of more complex configuration files
  • an example of how you could use a dedicated metadata repo, when coupling to your app repo is impractical.

The Linux App Store is a cross-platform application store for Linux. The Linux App Store's mission is to make Linux easier to use by streamlining the application discovery and installation process. The Linux App Store makes no preference for a particular distribution. Additionally, there is no distinction between package formats in the Linux App Store. Our goal is to simply make it easier for you to access the software that you use. For more information, please visit linuxappstore.io. The Linux App Store is targeted at non-technical users and those who prefer a graphical interface for software discovery and installation. Is it possible for me to install software? A: Possibly in the future. Is there ever going to be a cost associated with a feature? A: No, this is a completely free service. Donations are always welcome if you appreciate our work. Do you intend to add DEB or RPM packages in the future? A: Perhaps in the future, but not at the moment. Why is it necessary to create another software distribution center or app store? A: Our objective is to create an App Store that is platform-independent in terms of distributions, desktop environments, and package formats. Additionally, we'd like to create a fault-tolerant application store. Web, AppImage, Flatpak, and Snapshot versions Desktop versions, Snap, AppImage, and Flatpak installation
