Describe the problem or limitation you are having
when I use the translator, every time I reopen it to make a new translation I have to select the text with the mouse and delete it
(I know that I could use crtl+A and then press the delete key) but there are already two steps to be done, whether I use the mouse or not. It's all about improving ergonomics and productivity

In order to invite people to the project and mainly give others the opportunity to join the open-source world and make their first contribution, I wanted to propose the idea of developing a website and maybe even a desktop app based on the deep-translator package.

Popup with translation in some cases can be broken by the styles of the page where it is open.

To Reproduce

1. Go to example.com
2. Select some text to translate
3. See a popup with extra padding like on the screenshots below

Expected behavior
A popup without extra paddings.

Are there any plans to implement the reflection system in the project, if so, do you have any idea how it will work to generate methods and classes at runtime, and execute this code?
