Need to write tests (probably in a separate repository) that tests and compares GDAL, GeoDjango, rasterio, and geoblaze.

Sometimes users might want to save their GeoRaster as a PNG file. For example, this would be useful for displaying results in Observable or Jupyter Notebooks.

Describe the solution you'd like

When an error is logged to the message log, display the message log window automatically. There should be a user settable option in Windows/Message Log (or similar location). The default should be to not display automatically.

It would be nice to have an event that would tell the caller that the image has successfully been processed. This would allow the UI to show a spinner while the image is being loaded / processed.

I can contribute on this if someone can give some pointers about where to add this.
