    Hello everyone! I'm giving an online talk on Muslim mental health later today at the Winter School in Psychiatry in Cardiff What an opportunity to raise awareness about the adverse effects anti-Muslim discrimination has on mental health Collectively we can defeat Islamophobia

    I'm excited to be in Assisi, Italy But I thought about how many with mental health conditions & disabilities don't have the resources to experience the joy that I am experiencing Please can we at least spare a moment to think what life is like for those who are less fortunate
