We plan to restart SBG1+SBG4+the network by Monday March,15 and SBG3 by Friday March,19.
In RBX+GRA we have the stock of new servers, pcc, pci ready to be delivered for all the impacted customers. Of course for free. We will add 10K servers in the next 3-4 weeks.
UPDATE: We are currently experiencing network issues. Our teams are fully mobilized to recover the situation as soon as possible and investigate the root cause accordingly. Follow the situation here |

Due to an incident in our P19 datacenter some customers may have issues accessing their services and customer control panel. (http://travaux.ovh.com/?do=details&id=29611…). We strive for a fix quickly, and apologies for the inconvenience.

We continue to work on the servers in SBG: rebuild spare stock, stock of servers in SBG, rebuild the servers in SBG3 (we took lot of pieces from the new servers prepared for SBG3), clean-up the operations, ..
SBG: >50000 servers. Usually, there is 1-2% of the servers that don't restart after a brutal electic shutdown, because of hardware issues. We had 0.84% of servers that we fully changed, new hardware. It took us <4 days last server.
We've finished to fix the last PCI/VPS hosts. If your VPS/PCI is still down, please DM me the tech deatils (IP/Name of VPS/PCI)
