Under some configs, Grafana charts making use of the [i]rate function aren't displaying any data.

The documentation and some tests uses gw.ns(.svc.cluster.local) for gateways.

I think this is the correct format for istio gateways: <gateway namespace>/<gateway name>

Description

The instructions seem to be wrong as there is no "Management" option to choose from as specified in the instructions.
Expected Behavior

Management should change to Lifecycle. There are many instances where an update of the instruction is required.
