Describe the Bug

When we try to scroll down the variable type in the Literal expression it is not possible.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new DMN.
2. Change the decision type to Literal expression.
3. When we try to choose the variable type it is not scrollable anymore and looks like it is cut-off from the window.

When editing the decision name and scrolling horizontally the edit button appears even though it shouldn't.

2. Scroll horizontally
3. Edit button appears
