    This is an unhelpful & misleading headline - unfortunately parroted by many media outlets Cannabis is not risk free - but this was *not* a cannabis death It was a poisoning with mis-sold synthetic cannabinoids, in an unregulated illegal mkt that exists because of prohibition.
