MGLTilePyramidOfflineRegion should have a countOfTiles method that returns the number of tiles included in the tile pyramid. The implementation would rely on the mbgl::util::tileCount() function added in #9906.

When navigating to an address, the line that displays the route has a nice contrasting color to it. But that line turns white at the most crucial points on the route, for example at intersections where the user is supposed to make a turn. This is very bad for outdoor usability and at numerous times forced me to stop and find some shade where I could see where the line actually goes.
