What is the expected behaviour?

The error count should be center-aligned

What is the current behaviour?

On desktop (1920x1080) the error count is not center-aligned

How to reproduce the issue?

1. On higher resolution screens (desktop) create an empty rest API query
2. Click on the run query (play button) which will throw an error
3. Observe the debugger panel on the left

What happened?

The add button doesn't have space between the options on granular. Please make sure it has 12px padding. The text following to add button should be 14px, and the selection filter should have total round corners.

What you expected to happen

We should have paddin

Clone the example app, only use Mocha instead of Jest

Hi, thanks for making such an awesome tool. Is it possbile to also add nestjs-query support? I saw there is nest-crud which is great, but IMHO a GraphQL API has many advantages over REST. It would be great if refine can support both nest-crud and nestjs-query.

I've read the docs, and it seems you can pass through knex instances, but I didn't see if it supports SQLite3 - could you clarify please?
