react-select

Let's say I have existing option "react multi select" but the user wants to create a new option "react multi". Currently since it matches multi select the Create Option input isn't shown. Is there any way to deal with this?

p.s. I absolutely love this package!! It easily allowed me to do everything I wanted to and spent so long trying to make with other components. Thanks for your work 😄

For a multi-select picker after successful selection, the picker jumps to the top. Is there any possibility to fix this?
