The MISCELLANEOUS top-level section in the docs navigation has grown organically over time. It feels like it's time to reorganize the content under MISCELLANEOUS that it's easier for people to find and more consistent.

Validate test commands arguments before Run. This pattern will allow us to governance behaviors such as flags/arguments validation in all commands. Additionally, this should make the code easier to understand and maintain.

No easy way of setting .env
OPAL uses decouple to parse configuration from .env and .ini files (As part of Confi)
BY default it looks for them in the folder of the importing module - we should add support for a configurable folder or at least the current-directory
