What are functional and runtime? In my reason:

Functional: Functional language design on computers. It means my own doing (progressing) research project, it will open and turn to OSS!
Runtime: Runtime structure and design on computers. It's already opened IL2C.

These projects are too big in my mind and I can design and develop only in my free time. I'm verry happy if you make a bit sponsorship :)

Far future, I will change and work only my projects if receive many patrons!
