Steps To Reproduce

1. npx create-react-app my-app
2. cd my-app
3. npm start (Works like a charm)
4. npm run eject
5. npm i
6. npm start (ReferenceError: React is not defined)

Currently spack does not support the following packages, all of these packages are installed outside of Spack at Cori, we would like to get support for these packages if possible.

• cpmd https://www.lcrc.anl.gov/for-users/software/available-software/cpmd/
• ComputeCPP https://github.com/codeplaysoftware/computecpp-sdk need to confirm link
• ds9 https://sites.google.com/cfa.harvard.

Describe the bug

Latest docs suggest using "$regex$DEPRECATED:\\s*" for filtering deprecation log messages.

Having this configuration in the pants.toml file:

[GLOBAL]
ignore_warnings = ["$regex$DEPRECATED:\\s*"]

Results in warning messages printed:

10:28:38.

Bloop supports globs for source files since #1176.

The same should be done for resources.
