XML validation
JSBSim provides schemas for XML validation (JSBSim.xsd for flight models, JSBSimScript.xsd for script files and JSBSimSystem.xsd for system files) but they have not been updated for a while so they might reject perfectly valid XML files.

Description
The voltmeters for the two batters in the overhead panel should not update all digits instantly.
Rather the digits should be updated digit by digit, with approximately 130-160ms between digits (see references below), before it starts at digit 1 again after 1s.
This applies to:
27.9=>28.9=>28.0)
