If a given community health file doesn’t exist for a repository, this organization-wide default will be used.
Currently it includes;
- CONTRIBUTING,
- SUPPORT
- CODE_OF_CONDUCT
- ISSUE_TEMPLATE(S)
- PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE(S)
