Add attachments for properties not done yet:

• birth/death of authors with same formatting as an authors page
• isbn-10 and 13 (with a link to the edition)

I believe most of this issue's code will be gravitating around server/controllers/activitypub/lib/build_attachements.js (a file that could be renamed to fix typo build_attachements.js => `build_attachments.

It should be rather trivial to replace most of the legacy jQuery-based code in jquery.js with an IXSL (Saxon-JS) implementation.

We need to keep the fetchDispatchXML function though.

There are several components to this:

• good documentation both within the code as well as in the repo (e.g. README) and issues (e.g. labels)
• interoperability (e.g. indentation style)
• behavioural guidance (e.g. code of conduct or issue templates)

Some more points in this post (albeit with a certain bias for Node).
