关于议题评论 API

议题评论 API 支持管理对议题和拉取请求的评论。每个拉取请求都是一个议题，但并非每个议题都是拉取请求。因此，在议题 API 中为这两项功能提供了“共享”操作，如管理受理人、标签和里程碑。若要管理拉取请求审查评论，请改用拉取请求审查评论 API。

自定义媒体类型

List issue comments for a repository

By default, Issue Comments are ordered by ascending ID.
