Expose `processing_level` for XRT data

According to the Appendix of the XRT Analysis Guide, DATA_LEV keyword is used to denote the processing level (rather than the usual LVL_NUM key). However, our XRTMap source does not account for this and thus .processing_level returns None. The processing_level property should be special-cased to account for this keyword.
